The Value of Architecture

Our international network of realtors was built representing buyers and sellers of architectural homes for sale. We bring to real estate the professional Architect’s understanding of the written and drawn language of architecture. We don’t just sell real estate – we market architecture as fine art, reaching out to design enthusiasts and presenting properties in a way that captures their imaginations.

We view it as part of our professional mission to heighten public awareness of contributions made by architectural practitioners both famous and anonymous. Richard Neutra, R.M. Schindler, A. Quincy Jones – these are architects that helped define modernism for the entire world. Their historic buildings might seem invaluable, but our firm has helped clients buy and sell them at high value.

The relationship between architecture and value is something we frequently take advantage of on behalf of our clients. We have observed that the market value of architecture is demonstrably enhanced, and the sale prices of our clients’ properties are noticeably higher. We discuss this regularly at seminars with UCLA Extension, the American Institute of Architects, the Society of Architectural Historians, and the Appraisal Institute.

We are affiliated with design-centric Realtors in over twenty cities around the globe, and our network is expanding every day. This network provides a unique venue for information sharing among an elite group of specialists and ensures our listings are promoted efficiently to the international design community. You are invited to explore this network, which includes professional resources, photo galleries showcasing firms, and our architectural blog.
